Meet Briana Hawkins, The Fearless Thinker

I wasn’t handed a roadmap for success, and that’s exactly why I don’t follow traditional paths. I believe not having a blueprint is a gift and it means I get to create something new and give the next generation a head start.

I don’t believe hustle culture is the answer to winning in life, but I believe in ambition with alignment, not burnout disguised as success. I believe branding is one of the highest forms of influence, and that protecting your vision is a form of self-respect. I believe that every detail matters from your story to your systems and if you use what’s already in you, you don’t need outside validation to move forward.

My journey has taken me from building internal brands at tech startups to helping entrepreneurs shape their identity and connect with their people online. Through every chapter, one thing has stayed the same: I help people go to their next level, even when no one gave them permission.

Behind the Brand of Briana Hawkins

From building without a blueprint to helping others do the same.

Chapter 1: The Seed

The moment I became the blueprint

Graduating as a first-gen college student with a bachelor’s in Communications and a master’s in Brand Communications planted the first seed. I discovered my voice through connecting the community through event planning, leadership in AKA, and building a dance team on campus. That’s where my curiosity for branding began and the vision started to unfold long before I ever had a roadmap. There was no blueprint. Just a deep desire to create positive impact.

Chapter 2: The Opportunity

Discovering branding in Tech Startups

My time in tech start ups especially at Zoom Video Communications taught me how great branding drives billion-dollar businesses. I saw firsthand how storytelling, structure, and culture shape how people feel, connect, and commit. It started my belief that branding is more than aesthetics, it’s what makes people believe. That experience showed me the power of clarity, but also revealed how often first-gen visionaries are left without the same playbook.

Chapter 3: The Pivot

Going full time entrepreneurship

I was done chasing titles and collecting accolades that didn’t feel aligned. I wanted purpose over approval. So I took a one-year sabbatical to get still, internationally solo travel, and reconnect with myself. I stepped fully into creative entrepreneurship with one mission: to build my own table where strategy, storytelling, and ownership come together to grow influential brands that add real value and positivity to the world. I had no step-by-step plan, but I had conviction, faith, and vision. That was enough for me to begin.

Chapter 4: The Current State

Living in purpose is my standard

I’m building a career that reflects my faith, values, and vision. I support first-generation and faith-led entrepreneurs in building next-level brands and grow with clarity and confidence. Beyond my work with founders, I’ve directed content for brands like NASCAR, Whataburger, Amazon, and Big Brothers Big Sisters helping nonprofits and B2C companies tell powerful stories that connect with their audience and business goals.Through brand consulting, content direction, and speaking, I’ve committed to creating the life I envision fearlessly. I didn’t wait to be chosen… I chose myself and built a blueprint along the way.

MY BRAND PHILOSOPHY

“I live by the mindset think big, fear nothing, and build anyway even without the blueprint.”

Motto

To disrupt the cycle of self-doubt and brand confusion for first-generation and faith-led entrepreneurs.”

Mission

Brand Values

I believe in building with clarity and growing with confidence. These values guide how I build, lead, and help others do the same.

  • Rushing isn’t strategy. When you move at the world’s pace, you make decisions from fear, not wisdom. We slow down to build smarter.

  • When you know who you are, the value you bring, and who you serve, you move differently. Self-trust becomes a strategy and resilience becomes second nature. When you’re clear, you stop questioning your power you start walking in it.

  • Systems don’t slow you down they protect your vision. Taking time to build with patience and details now creates stability and balance later. Structure isn’t restrictive. It’s what makes freedom possible.

  • Just because you don’t have a blueprint doesn’t mean you’re behind. Being grounded in faith gives you answers to your next steps, the right resources to help you build, and knowledge you didn’t even realize you had. What feels delayed is often right-on-time direction and placing you exactly where you need to be.
